FAQ The difference between Line Available and Cash Balance.
- Question
- The difference between Line Available and Cash Balance.
- Answer
- Line Available refers to your actual balance at that moment. This is updated in real-time; the balance will decrease immediately when a customer places a buy order, even if the order status is still Open (pending but not yet matched), and will be returned immediately when the customer cancels the order.
**We recommend that you primarily check your remaining balance. If your funds exceed your credit limit, we recommend increasing your credit limit.**
Cash Balance refers to the cash value in your account. This value is not updated in real-time and does not reflect the true cash value you can withdraw. Because the settlement process takes 2 days after a trade (T+2), the figure in this field changes the slowest, as the actual settlement and delivery must occur first. It will be fully updated on T+3.
