FAQ eFinStockPickUp Terms of Service

For SBITO customers with a cumulative trading volume of 5 million baht or more over the specified period (*Value Trade in Cash Account, Cash Balance, Credit Balance accounts), the eFin program can be used for free for 6 months according to the specified cycle.

The system will automatically activate the program, divided into cumulative and usage cycles. The time period used to calculate cumulative trading volume (Value Trade) and the due date used to calculate the total Value Trade of 5 million baht are as follows:

Past Accumulation Period:

December 1, 2025 - May 30, 2026 (Accumulate Value Trade for 6 months)

Upon accumulating 5 million baht in Value Trade, you will receive 6 months of free access from June 1, 2026 - November 29, 2026.

Current Accumulation Period:

June 1, 2026 - November 29, 2026 (Accumulate Value Trade volume for 6 months)

Upon accumulating 5 million baht in Value Trading, you will receive 6 months of free access starting from December 1, 2026 - May 29, 2027.

Other accumulation periods will use the same method and conditions.

Customers can check their past Value trades by following these steps: > Log in to the website > Select the menu > Customer Information > Volume trade (Value trade data is in T-1 day format) Select the time frame according to your accumulated trading period.
